Meet Michael Fragoso, Executive Assistant Manager at J.I.P. & ASSOCIATES INC. Michael has been with us since March 2020.

It’s tough to put into words Michael’s importance, but the reason we’re featuring him on our blog this month is to showcase our appreciation for his efforts. Michael has quite the reputation amongst employees who know him as well as among our clients.

What makes Michael unique is that he is a very driven person. He knows how to help when it is needed. His positive attitude and focus on his future create value for our team. He is there to pick up the slack when it is required.

Michael goes the extra mile by stepping up with anything that is needed to help the team. From dropping off the displays to assisting with a team mentality. He is also great at organizing team nights. He is truly someone you can depend on!

He has genuine care and commitment for J.I.P. & ASSOCIATES INC., and we absolutely love the integrity with which he works. We remember when one of our associates had a transportation issue. Michael said, “you know what, I will take him!” That’s a team play. He helps where it is needed.

When we asked him about why he loves working with us, he grinned and said: “This business has taught me mental fortitude and makes me become a better version of myself in order to get to where I want to be!”
